Pearl is from Sydney, Australia and has a background in creative development, fundraising, producing and theater management. She has worked as Philanthropy Coordinator at Belvoir Street Theatre, as Producing Fellow at The Public Theater, and in Strategy and Business Development at Disney Theatrical Group. Currently, Pearl is working as Projects and Operations, Theatrical Licensing with Disney Theatrical Group.

A member of the Women’s Project Producers Lab 2014-2016, Pearl has a Masters in Arts Administration from Columbia University.
