Nicky develops multi-disciplinary projects in the arts across cultures. She has designed and implemented programs and initiatives at the nexus of arts, culture, and development for non-profits, NGOs, and civil society organizations in Cambodia, Thailand, China, and Jordan.

 

She was a core member of the founding executive team of the Athens Biennale in Greece, overseeing production and operations from its establishment through the delivery of its fourth edition.

 

She is a trained classical pianist with an academic background in theatre and museum studies.
