Kaimera at Brooklyn Rail's virtual conversation

Kaimera's Artistic Director Simón Adinia Hanukai took part in Brooklyn Rail's conversation Oakland/Saint-Denis: How Culture Makes the City. Moderated by Rail's Malvika Jolly, the discussion focused on art, community building and real estate in Oakland, Saint-Denis and beyond and featured also Juliette Donadieu, cultural attaché of the French Embassy in San Francisco & director of Villa San Francisco, Lori Fogarty, director of the Oakland Museum of California, and Juliette Bompoint, cultural producer & director of Mains d’Oeuvres in Saint-Ouen, France.



OurStory digital platform​ received seed funding + Web Design & Developer search 

Kaimera has received seed funding from the RELANCE EXPORT 2021 program of Institut francais to develop a digital platform that has grown out of our SPACES project. This launch phase of the platform will be developed with artists in Bangalore (India), Istanbul (Turkey), Oakland (USA), and Saint-Denis (France), and expand in the years to come. 

On this occasion, we are looking for a Web Designer & Developer to build it with us. Applications are accepted until February 21st.

SPACES: Saint-Denis Postponed

The October 2020 performances of SPACES: Saint-Denis are postponed due to the recent increase in Covid-19 cases in France. 

We are incredibly thankful to all our collaborators, partners, and supporters for their commitment to the project. This is only a momentary setback. Stay tuned for the new dates and let us know at if you want to be among the first ones to be notified as soon as they are set!
